Linen is the silent workhorse of every successful holiday rental on the Costa Blanca. Guests rarely comment when sheets are perfect, but bad linen is the single fastest path to a 3-star review and a refund request. The minimum sustainable number is three full sets per bed: one in use, one freshly washed and ready, one in the laundry cycle. With only two sets you eventually arrive at a turnover with everything still wet — a guaranteed late check-in. Owners who run two-night minimum stays in peak season should budget for four sets, because back-to-back rapid turnovers leave no slack.

Same logic applies to towels. Three full bath-sets per guest capacity (bath towel + hand towel + face cloth) is the operational floor, plus pool/beach towels separate from bath rotation.
