Longer gaps mean each visit has more to do, so the agreed scope matters more than the label on the schedule.
What a regular visit includes
- Vacuuming and mopping floors, vacuuming the sofa
- Dusting surfaces and cleaning mirrors and glass
- Kitchen: countertops, sink and taps, exterior of cabinets and appliances, hob and bins
- Bathrooms: cleaning and disinfecting sinks, toilets, showers and baths; taps and visible tiles; mirrors
Terraces and balconies, inside appliances, windows, walls and ceilings, tough stains, making beds, folding clothes and moving heavy furniture are outside a regular visit and can be quoted separately.
Start with a deep clean if the home has fallen behind

Access and continuity
Agree access arrangements before the first visit. Key-holding is offered only to recurring clients, for access during cleaning; inspections, emergency service, check-in, check-out and key handover to guests are not part of key-holding.
We plan an assigned team for continuity wherever possible. Eligible recurring contracts may also include replacement cover during staff absence.
