Home cleaning is quoted per property, deep cleaning from €150, Airbnb turnover from €69, and move-in/out from €180. Office, building and community cleaning is contracted after a site assessment. All prices shown include Spanish IVA at 21%. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, and specific requirements.
What is included in the starting price?+
Each starting price covers a standard property size with a one-team visit. Larger homes, deep grime, or extra add-ons (oven, fridge, windows) are quoted separately. We always send a transparent breakdown before booking.

Yes. All prices shown include Spanish IVA at 21%. There are no hidden fees.
Do you offer discounts for recurring cleaning?+
