Secure Key Custody
Your keys are stored in an insured, access-controlled environment. Every key movement is logged with date, time, and purpose. Maximum 3 authorized staff per property.
Regular Property Inspections
Visual checks at agreed intervals. Photo reports sent directly to you — covering water, electrics, humidity, and general condition.
Digital Access Log
A complete record of every property visit — who accessed, when, and why. Full transparency through your Client Portal.
Tradesperson Supervision
Need a plumber or electrician? We coordinate, let them in, and personally supervise — available as an additional service so your property is always attended.
Trilingual Communication
We communicate with you in English, Spanish, or Swedish — and coordinate with local tradespeople in Spanish on your behalf.
